Red Bull is lethal. I steer well clear of it unless I'm
absolutely desperate (I have a can in the car just in case I'm
seriously stuck and need to drive when very tired).
It's horrendously bad for you.
I'm thinking coffee is not helping my sleeping patterns either.
Almost certainly much better to just drink lots of water..
I'm supposed to be on a diet, too. I've not yet resorted to
abandoning my dark and welcoming lover (coffee), but I believe it's
going to come down to that soon.
@rcadden, ditching the
coffee will do nothing for you on a diet- unless your grandma
taught you how to drink it with milk and sugar... @atmasphere- I've tried several
others- I mostly like Red Bull for the flavor. Don't care for the
flavor of others. Don't care for the size of some of the others
either. A couple of these energy drinks come in a can the size of
my arm- what's that all about? I like the feeling of energy they
give me as well. We used to up-end them, pop a hole in the bottom
with a 10 inch wusthof and shotgun them on the line during a dinner
rush. I dig them, and I dig the brand. Red Bull Air Race, the
Flugtagg or whatever it is... Fun stuff, tasty drink.
I was gaining a few pounds from all the sugar in the coffee I
was drinking so I switched to Splenda. I have lost a few pounds now
and don't taste any difference because it's Splenda is really
sugar.

have you tried other energy drinks? Just curious what you like about Red Bull. Instead of coffee?

Why would you take coffee out of a diet? A cup has less than 10 Calories. Plus, it's a diuretic, so goodbye water bloat!
Hey, I think I'm going to invent the coffee diet!

cause I typically go through 4-5 cups/day, and I put about a spoonful of sugar in each one.
